How to Use the Plews Lubrimatic Piston Grease Gun

Question:

This is my first time to use a grease gun. I have problems not having it to expel the grease? I pumped it, let air out, and it does the same. What is the problem I may be doing? Is there a video?

We do have a video that shows how to load and operate the grease gun. I will include a link to the video which can be found below. When inserting the grease cartridge, it is important to make sure the cap on the cartridge is removed and that the foil end of the cartridge is facing the nozzle.
