There is no extendable replacement mirror available at this time for the Dodge Dakota.We do have custom fit towing mirrors for your 2003 Dodge Dakota and I am having our fitguide updated. The Custom fit towing mirrors for your truck are part numbers 10501 and 10502. The CIPA Custom Towing Mirror will fit your Dakota as long as it does not have the 5 inch by 7 inch sport mirrors.
