Yes, both of the hitches you selected, part numbers 84751 and 75579 will fit all models of the 2008 Chrysler Town and Country including those models with Stow and Go Seating. You will need to check the instructions before installing as there a few small items to consider. If you have rear air you will need to be careful not to damage the ac lines which will be very close and if you have mud flaps you may need to trim some of the plastic underneath (not visible) to allow the hitch to contact the frame.
