Valley Gooseneck Trailer Hitch 25K V69880 is Not Centered on the Hitch

Question:

This hitch in the small photo looks like the ball sets closer to one end than the other, Does it or is it centered? When you inlarge the phot it looks like it might be centered?

You are correct, the gooseneck ball on the Valley Gooseneck Trailer Hitch, 25K, item # V69880, is not centered on the hitch. It has a 3 inch offset to provide extra clearance between the cab of the truck and the front of the gooseneck trailer. When mounting the hitch, you would mount to the rails with the ball sitting closer to the tailgate that to the cab of the truck.
