You will need to use a circuit tester to identify each of the vehicle lighting circuits. Find the left turn, right turn, stop light, running lights, and the ground. Once these wires are located, you can splice the converter into them.
For your convenience, I have provided links to installation instructions and a installation video that you might find helpful. The video shows installation on a different vehicle than yours, but the procedure would be similar.
