The RV Bumper 2 Bike Rack, item # S80605, will work on the bumper of your 2002 Coleman Laramie Pop-up Camper as long as the bumper is a 4 to 4-1/2 inch continuous welded square steel bumper. If you have a C channel bumper or another bumper configuration the bike rack will not work.

If you find that the RV Bumper 2 Bike Rack will not work for you you could use the Swagman Mighty Rack Pop Up Camper Roof Mount 4 Bike Rack, item # S80550, on the top of your pop-up to carry bikes. I have included a link to a video review and the installation details below.
