How Would I Replace a Light Bulb on Lamps Used on Cargo Carrier Light Kit, Part Number 20174?

Question:

I cannot remove the red lens cover to replace bulb. How to do it? No screwdriver slot, cannot squeeze top & bottom edges hard enough to pop open..... Thanks

The lamps used in the Cargo Carrier Light Kit, part number 20174 are submersible, and are therefore permanently sealed. The bulbs are not replaceable. The lamp assembly must be replaced. You will need part number ST70RB.
