I wanted to give some feed back about my experience at your store. I was able to quickly order the exact Hidden Hitch and wiring harness that I needed. It arrived 3 days later with routine shipping. Everything that I needed was included in the package. The wiring harness made the wiring a snap. The directions said it would take me 15 minutes to install the hitch, but it was closer to 1 hour because I had to buy a file to enlarge an opening on my enclosed Caravan frame, but even that was well explained.
