I need to know everything i need to purchase to get a tow package on my car? Including if I need a tranny cooler?

First, you will need a hitch. I recommend the Hidden Hitch trailer hitch, # 60237, because it comes with the correct ball mount, hitch pin and clip. It has the same specs and shares instructions with the Draw-Tite hitch you have referenced. I have linked the instructions for you.
Next you will need a ball. If the trailer coupler requires a 1-7/8 inch diameter ball use # 19256 and for a 2 inch ball use # 19258. For trailer wiring, you will need # 119176KIT. I have included a link to the instructions for you.
A transmission cooler is a good idea, even if you are not towing, because transmission fluid cannot be overcooled. Transmission coolers are not vehicle specific so you can use any one that will fit in the space available in the engine compartment. The most popular cooler is # D13502.
