Passive Security System with Yakima QuickBack 2 Bike Rack

Question:

The blurb about this rack states that it includes a passive built-in security system. However, when I read the instructions it says that that strap is sold seperately. Is it included or do I have to purchase seperately? Thank you

The Trunk Security Strap mentioned in the product description is included with the QuickBack Trunk Mounted 2 Bike Rack. The strap is steel reinforced. The optional cable lock that you mention, part number Y07233, is meant to secure the bikes to the rack and is sold seperately.
