The Rola Multi-Pivot Watercraft Carrier was designed to fit the specific shape of the Rola Sportz crossbars or a certain size T-slot on top of the bars. It has not been tested on other bars so I cannot say if it will fit or not.
What I recommend is to use some foam blocks, like # RL100K10. These blocks are universal and can fit square load bars, round crossbars, factory bars and naked roofs. They also include bow and stern tie downs.
