Bike Carrier for a 2009 Sun X-2 CX Recumbent

Question:

Will your A30901 work for this bike a 2009 Sun x-2 cx recumbant? The thing is the seats are wide and have backrests so you need enough room between them so the seats dont hit.

This bike rack will accommodate bikes with wheel bases up to 58 inches long. According to the manufacturer of your bikes, the wheel base is longer than that.

We have a bike rack that could work for your bikes, depending on their length. The Softride Versa Tilting and Folding 2 Bike Rack for 1-1/4 inch and 2 inch hitches has a maximum outer width of 80 inches. As far as the seats fitting, the distance between the wheel wells is 6.2 inches. So, if your seat is 12.4 inches or smaller, you are good to go.
