Question:
How do you lock the knob to where the anti rattle will not move?

Expert Reply:
The anti-rattle knob on the Thule Apex, # TH9025, can be tricky. The key is that the rack has to be in the hitch and the knob has to be unlocked and tightened down as much as you can by hand. Then when you lock the knob, the knob should just spin and not be able to loosen or tighten. I made a video showing this for you to view.
