4 Bike Rack for the Back of a Travel Trailer

Question:

I own a SportRack 4 bike similiar to product # A30704FB, that hangs onto the bikes on the top cross bar. It has served me well for years, but the trip that we just took, it damaged one bike and almost lost it on the 4 lane highway. This carrier was good when the kids bikes were small, but not it aseems that the swing and shake from the back of the 31 bumperpull holiday trailer is too much for the unit. I was wondering if the A30902 would be any better? I have a solid 2 reciever hitch mounted to the trailer frame just below the sewer bumper.

The A30902LR bike rack is not recommended for use behind a fifth wheel or travel trailer. Since there is often a rough ride at the back of trailers, bike racks need to be made with heavier construction. We do offer a 4-bike rack that is built to be used behind trailers with receiver hitches. Keep in mind that you must have a minimum of 15 inches ground clearance to the base of the bike rack on trailers and fifth wheels.
