The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System, part # TDR1525H4, you have referenced, will install in place of the bump stop on your factory height 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 except the Mega Cab. If your bump stop is still on your vehicle the Timbren system will fit. This kit is not designed to fit a lifted vehicle.

Timbren does offer the Rear Suspension System, part # TDR1525H4P2, which is the same kit as above with spacers for a vehicle with a 2-inch lift.

The Timbren system will need to have a clearance of one inch between the frame and the top of the rubber spring. This allows the factory suspension to work normally under light loads and standard terrain.

If your truck is lifted more than 2 inches you will need to take a measurement from axle to the vehicle frame (where bump stop is located) and we can then determine if Timbren will have a kit that will work for your application.
