Hi, I want to know if I need any other hardware to install. My brother in law has a 1993 jeep wrangler that had a hard top on it. he removed the hard top and wishes to install a soft top. i need to know if he needs any hardware. please see attached pics.

To install the Bestop Sunrider Soft Top # B5169837 that you referenced you will not need any additional hardware other than what comes with it.
You will need all of the recommended tools, but other than that you will not need anything else to install the # B5169837 on your brothers 1993 Jeep Wrangler.
