Installing Derale Series 8000 Transmission Cooler D13502 on a 2009 Toyota Tacoma

Question:

What is the best way to install a cooler to a 2009 Toyota Tacoma? Do I take the return line off from the radiator or the connection or where it connects to the solid line?

Expert Reply:

Yes, you remove the return line from radiator. Thread the included Insta-dapt adapter in radiator, if needed. Connect first hose from cooler to Insta-dapt adapter. Connect second hose to return transmission line. All instructions are included with the transmission cooler.
