Looking to use this w/ a load extender in my hitch, are these racks sold in a 1 pack? If so, what is the cost?

Most roof racks are sold in pairs but there are some options. You could get a Yakima bar using the following parts:
Q16 Q Clips for Yakima Q Towers (QTY 2), # Y00616
Q Towers, # Y00135
Crossbar, # Y8810021
These parts will give you one bar and the parts to mount it. The other option is to use a universal type of bar, Darby # DTA968. The most secure option, though, would be to go with the Yakima set up. Current pricing can be seen by clicking on the links I have provided.
