What is the max spread on the rack bars?

Expert Reply:

The maximum spread of the crossbars for mounting this rack would be 34 inches. The minimum spread would be 18 inches. The wheel tray is 56 inches long and the rear crossbar mount is adjustable to any position for the rear crossbar. The front crossbar mount will be set 12 inches back from the end of the wheel tray.
