Will a Trunk Mount Bike Rack Fit a 2006 Ford E-Series 15 Passenger Van

We do have some listings for trunk mount bike racks that will fit the 2006 Ford E-Series vans. I have included a link to them for you. However, you will be limited to carrying 2 bikes at the most because all of the racks require the use of the glass hatch hooks (1 set included with each rack) which limits the capacity to 2 bikes.

You referenced the QuickBack 3, which will fit, but you can only carry 2 bikes. Because of this, you may as well go with the 2 bike model, # Y02621. I have linked instructions and a video for you.

If you will be carrying womens, childrens, or alternative frame bikes, I recommend using the Tube Top adapter bar, # Y02531, for greater ground clearance and to carry the bikes more level. I have linked a video that shows how the adapter works.
