I have a 2004 Ford 350 Super Duty Crew Cab Dually with 8 ft bed with a 5th wheel, will this product fit?

According to the installation instructions which I have linked for you, the SumoSprings, # SSR-102, install on the bottom of the frame rails on a 2004 Ford F-350. Provided that the underbed brackets of your 5th wheel installation kit do not require the bottom of the frame, then there should be no interference issues.
