Hi, Wondering if you know if there is any installation issues with the Sumo Springs and a Pullrite Superglide 18k on a 2006 Dodge 3500 Mega Cab, SRW with factory over load springs.

Usually, with suspension enhancement, you could run into trouble if the spring mounts on the inside or outside of the vehicle frame. In this case, the Super Springs, # SSR-301, mount to the bottom of the truck frame on a 2006 Dodge Ram 3500. Take a look at the instructions I have linked for reference.
As long as your Pullrite 5th wheel hitch mounting brackets under the bed do not attach to the bottom of the frame, there should be no fit issues with the Super Springs.
