For a 2009 Toyota matrix, there are different roof configurations possible so there are different roof rack options for them, see link. For a roof with no existing rails or crossbars, you would use the following parts for a Yakima roof rack:
Crossbars, # Y00409
Q83 Q Clips, # Y00683
Q34 Q Clips, # Y00634
Q Towers, # Y00124
