can this be used with a class 4 reciever,with an adjustabe ht.stinger,to tow a goose neck trlr.truck is dodge[2006] 2500 ram-diesel?

We cannot recommend towing a gooseneck trailer with a Class IV trailer hitch and an adjustable ball mount because rear mounted trailer hitches are not designed to work with gooseneck trailers. Instead, you will have to install a gooseneck trailer hitch in the bed of your 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 and use a gooseneck hitch ball.
For your truck, I would recommend looking at the Blue Ox Diamond Gooseneck Hitch, # DH1102. This is our most economical gooseneck hitch for your truck and it has the highest gross trailer weight and tongue weight capacity. This hitch includes a 2-5/16 inch hitch ball which can store upside down to give you full use of your truck bed.
I have attached the installation instructions and an installation video of this hitch for you to check out.
