I just bought 118175kit along with the trailer hitch for a 2004 Dodge Stratus 4 Door. I want to know if this is the correct harness for this vehicle?

Yes the 118175KIT is the correct wiring for your 2004 Dodge Stratus. You will have to hard wire into the vehicles taillights and run a wire to the battery with an inline fuse. I have provided a video to help you with installation and a link to our wiring page below.
