The Reese # RP30080 is a semi-custom fifth wheel installation kit that fits a 2012 Ford F-150 with a 6-1/2 foot bed. It includes the Reese Universal Base Rails, part # RP58058, that are installed above the bed and the Reese Semi-Custom Mounting Brackets and Hardware, part # RP58426, that are mounted to the trucks frame.
If you just need the above bed rails, you would use the # RP58058. This part will include the hardware for mounting to the # RP58426 mounting brackets.
I am including a link to the installation instructions on the # RP30080 semi-custom installation kit.
These parts will accept any of the Reese, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Curt, Valley and Husky fifth wheel hitches.
You will also want to make sure that you will be using a slider hitch on your 6-1/2 foot bed to give you the correct clearance between the cab of the truck and the front of the fifth wheel trailer.
