Vehicle Wires are Thinner than the Wires of the Circuit Protected Taillight Converter
Question:
The wires for the tail lights and turn signals on my 2005 VW Passat look smaller then the wires on the 118175 converter. Am I going to over load the wiring in the car?

It is not uncommon for the wires on your vehicle to be a little bit thinner than the wires of the Circuit Protected Taillight Converter with 4-Pole End 118175. As long as you are tapping into the correct turn signals and brake and running lights, you shouldn't have any problems.
