I tripped over the emergency cable and activated the brakes. Truck is powerfull enough that I did not notice until the pads were gone. How do I reset it? Titan Arrow 7500.

First, I would have the trailer inspected to determine if the heat from the brakes being applied and pulled along damaged any other components such as the drum and bearings.
To replace the break away cable on an Aero 7500 coupler # T4606500, start by carefully loosening the brake line fitting going into the master cylinder. This will release pressure in the system. Once pressure has been released retighten the fitting.
Remove the 2 bolts at the front of the master cylinder. These bolts hold down the break-away catch spring on the unit. Set aside the break-away catch spring. If the break-away lever is ratcheted forward, use vise grips to hold the lever and rotate it forward. This will allow you to remove the break-away catch pin from the outer case.
Let the lever then go back down to the reset position (all ratcheting teeth inside the outer case with only the top indention showing). Place the break-away catch pin in the space between the levers upper indention and the actuator case. replace the break-away catch spring in its original position. Retighten the two master cylinder bolts to complete the process.
