Trailer Wiring Harness Recommendation for a 2006 Nissan Frontier

I am just curious if part #118263 Wiring Harness is good for all the trailer lights? Just asking since one guy had a problem with his running lights for his xterra. So I just want to make sure this harness will be good for running, brake, and blinking lights. Thank You

The Tow Ready Wiring Harness, # 118263, that you referenced is a replacement harness for damaged OEM wiring harnesses. If you already have a 4-flat trailer connector on your 2006 Nissan Frontier and need to replace it, then this is the product that you will need.

If you do not have a trailer connector, then you will need to use the Tow Ready Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring Harness, # 118525. This harness includes the # 118263 harness, but also provides the necessary relays that are required on your truck to have a functioning trailer connector. I have attached the installation instructions and a video of this wiring harness for you to check out.

If the relays are not installed as shown in the video, then the wiring harness at the back of the vehicle will not function properly.
