I just received my Draw Tight class two hitch from your company. I have also purchase the Thule Apex 4 bike carrier.

The Thule Apex, part # TH9025 is a excellent rack that will most likely fit your LaCrosse just fine, but I would recommend taking a measurement once the hitch is installed to confirm it, as I do not have any measurements on that particular vehicle. I have edited a photo showing the distance that needs to be measured.
Measure from the hitch pin hole in the receiver rearward until you clear the furthest rearward point of the bumper. You would then choose a bike rack whose shank is longer than this measurement.
In the case of the Thule Apex, the distance from the hitch pin hole to the closest portion of the rack is 7 inches. If the measurement you took on your vehicle is less than 7 inches, the Apex would fit.
