What is the capacity of this winch bracket. Will it stand up to a 12,000lb winch?

I checked with my contact at Draw-Tite and they said that the Draw-Tite Front Mount Hitch Receiver Winch Mounting Plate, part # 6495, is designed for use with winches up to a 9,000-lb line pull rating. The reason for the 9,000-lb maximum is because he said most all of the front mount receiver hitches are only designed for winches with a maximum line pull rating of 9,000 lbs, so the front hitch on the vehicle will be the limiting weight capacity.

I have the Superwinch Mounting Plate, part # SW2302287, which is a mounting plate designed for the Superwinch EP 12.5 and EP 16.5 electric winches. It is designed to bolt onto trailers and can handle the Superwinch 12,500-lb and 16,500-lb rated line pull winches.
