Can I get this with a 2inch receiver?

All of the trailer hitches for the 2011 Buick Lucerne are Class II trailer hitches with a 1-1/4 inch receiver. The most popular option is the Curt hitch you referenced, # C12022. This hitch requires the use of a stabilization strap, # 18050, for non-trailer loads like bike racks and cargo carriers.
If you plan on doing some towing and/or do not want to have to use a stabilization strap, I recommend the Hidden Hitch model # 90125. This hitch does not require a stabilization strap and it comes with a ball mount, pin, and clip.
For either hitch, if you need a 1-7/8 inch diameter ball use # 19256. For a 2 inch ball use # 19258. For trailer wiring, use # 118419. I have included links to the installation instructions for the Curt hitch and wiring.
