Question:
Can this airborne pin box be used with a Curt Q5,20k hitch? The 5th wheel is a 2011 Heartland GREYSTONE 29mk. I seem to recall reading that you couldnt use this hitch with the airborne pin box.

The # 5AB-E1621-610 5th Airborne Air Ride Pin Box you mentioned can be used with the Curt Q5 5th wheel hitch.
It is the 5th Airborne Sidewinder that is not compatible with a cushioned 5th wheel hitch like the Q5. The Air Ride Pin Box you need will depend on which OEM pin box you have on your 5th wheel. The manufacturer and model number of your pin box should be printed on a sticker or plate stuck to the pin box. The # 5AB-E1621-610 you mentioned is compatible with the Fabex 665, Lippert 1621 and 1621HD and the M&M 665 OEM pin boxes.
