The instructions for hitch # 75645 are linked on the product page and I have linked them for you here but I will be happy to included the text of the instructions below. For wiring, use # 119176KIT. I have linked instructions for it as well. To complete the towing set up, I recommend the etrailer ball mount kit # 989900 which comes with 2 ball mounts, 2 balls, a hitch pin and clip, and a carrying bag.

Remove rear bumper fascia. Disconnect back-up sensor wiring if present. Then remove plastic fasteners from the rear of the vehicle, between the bottom of the fascia and end panel. Open the tail gate and remove rubber tailgate stops. Next, remove 4 screws on each side from the plastic wheel well molding. Gently pull the plastic fascia away from the wheel well molding. You can then gently continue to remove the fascia. At the tail light, pull gently rearward. Pull gently on the fascia until the rear fascia is completely removed from vehicle.

Next, loosen the towing eye. Remove the inside appearance panel at the rear of the tail gate (2 bolts).
Loosen the towing eye under the appearance panel, rear passenger side.

Remove the impact bar. (Continue to loosen towing eye as needed in effort to remove impact bar.)

Place the hitch into impact bar aligning bolt holes. Raise hitch and impact bar into position. Re-install existing flange nuts. Hand tighten drivers side and lower passenger side bolts.

Re-install the towing eye (sandwich hitch, impact bar and towing eye). Hand tighten the bolts. Tighten fasteners to specifications in instructions. Re-tighten towing eye from inside the vehicle trunk.
Replace the inside appearance panel at rear of tail gate.

Using a utility knife carefully cut out the fascia on the bottom inside of the fascia fascia. Locate the bottom center of the fascia. Trim 2-1/2 inches wide and 2 inches long.

Re-install the fascia making sure the fascia sits flat along rear shelf of trunk. Working from the rear forward carefully reinstall the fascia.
