Question:
I have pr722 leafs and aps1 hanger kit the distance between spring holes is 25-1/4 the instructions say put hangers 25-5/8 wont this cause the shackles to be angled the wrong way ?

Expert Reply:
The distance of 25-5/8 inches would be the correct distance to have between the spring hangers. You have to consider that as the the leaf spring compresses from the weight of the trailer it will flatten out and the overall length of the spring will increase so that the shackle will face the right direction.
