Will this unit fit a 2008 Toyota Tacoma? Can I use a Yakima big powder hound rack? Many Thanks

The Truck Luggage Expedition Cargo System, # TL-604, will fit on your 2008 Toyota Tacoma as long as there is room for the locking clamp to fit under the top lip of your bed rail. If you have a bed liner that covers that inner lip of the side rail, then the bed liner will need to be cut to use this cargo system.
You can use the Yakima Big PowderHound Rack, # Y03082, with this truck bed cargo system, but it will require the Ski Rack Platform, # TL-606. This platform will provide mounting points for the PowderHound Rack. I have attached an installation video of the Ski Rack Platform as well as a video and installation instructions for the PowderHound rack for you to check out.
