The largest Thule cargo box that will fit the factory roof rack on a 2007 BMW X3 is the Atlantis 2100, # TH688XT in silver. It is among the longest at 92-1/2 inches and has 21 cubic feet of storage space. Because these boxes are 92-1/2 inches long, you may not be able to fully open the rear hatch.
