What type of Weight load will this unit bear?

Expert Reply:

The weight load is dependent upon weight capacity of hitch and crossbar selected to use with the unit. The maximum weight is 165 lbs on its own. A hitch and load bar may be rated for less and you should never exceed the lowest rated component.
