Question:
I have a Saturn SD430 14 foot rubber bottom inflatable inflatable keel with a marine plywood interior floor. I am using a Venture vb1300 bunk trailer. Loading and unloading with the carpeted bunks is a little difficult. Will these roller bunks work with this trailer and make loading and unloading easier? Also, will these roller bonks install over the carpeted bunks or do I need other hardware? Thanks.

Expert Reply:
Roller bunks are definitely going to make launching and loading the boat much easier. having carpeted bunks on the trailer now will not be an issue. You can use roller bunk, # DL21741, that can be mounted flat against the bunks. The mounting holes are on the flat bottom of the frame on the rollers so these bunks are more versatile. They have a capacity of 3,000 pounds.
