Brake Shoes for a 1995 Layton 23 Travel Trailer with 10 x 1-1/2 Brakes

Question:

My 1995 Layton 23 Travel Trailer has 10 X 1 1/2 brakes. 1 1/2 wide shoes are now obsolete. Will the 10 X 2 1/4 Brake Assembly fit the axles? I assume that I also would need to replace the drums. Please let me know. Thanks,George
