Any problems towing my K75S BMW and can one person load/unload the bike?

The Oldenkamp Hitch Mounted Motorcycle Carrier will work great for you, as long as the bike and the hitch you intend to install the carrier in meet the fit parameters of the # RHMC1SV carrier, which include:
Receiver height between 14-22 inches off the ground
Front motorcycle tire less than 5-1/2 inches wide
Bike weighs no more than 800 lbs
Carrier must be used in a 2 inch receiver
The carrier is appropriate for shaft drive bikes, but the carrier manufacturer does not recommend exceeding 65 mph.
Since the carrier is height adjustable by using the integrated jack, the front wheel would only need to be lifted a few inches off the ground in order to place the front bike wheel in the carrier, which should be doable by most people. Unloading the bike from the carrier will be easier since the majority of the bikes weight will be on the rear tire.
