I have a 2011 GMC Yukon SLT. Will the #31042 front hitch fit this truck, I want to hook a push bar to it.

The recommended front mount hitch for your 2011 GMC Yukon is the Curt Front Hitch # C31012. I attached installation instructions for this hitch for you to check out also.
The # 31042 front hitch you referenced is designed to fit an older model Yukon and would not work for you.
