The T-One is a custom fit wiring harness, but part number 118381 will not fit your 2004 Sienna Van. This harness is custom fit for a full-sized Dodge van.
We do offer a custom harness for the Toyota Sienna Van, the T-One wiring harness you need is part number 118304.
