Will this product mount on a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Sport with the Spare Tire in place on back of the Jeep?

You will need to measure from the center of the hitch pin hole straight back to the distance required to clear the spare tire. If that distance is less than 12 inches, the Rola enclosed cargo carrier, # 59110, will fit.

With the enclosed part off leaving just the tray, it measures 7-1/2 inches back, when folded up, from the hitch pin hole to the closest part of the carrier. I have included some informational links on the cargo carrier for you to view.
