Santa Fee 2008. Long story short, the bolts welded in the frame are stripped. They wont hold spec tork. They are too shallow for time-sert. I cant access bolts as frame is sealed at ends. Any suggestions?

Without having any access to the inside of the frame, the only alternative would be to tap threads into the stripped weldnuts. You'd need to go up 1 bolt size, tap for a 12mm x 40mm bolt with a 1.25 thread pitch. You will need to use a grade 10.9 bolt.
