The Air Lift Vehicle Suspension, # AL59531, is designed to fit the 2003 Chevy S-10 4x4 as long as it does not have a track bar. A track bar is a part of vehicle suspension on some vehicles that is designed to provide lateral location of the axle.
We do have a suspension enhancement system designed specifically for a ZR2 model. Take a look at the Timbren system, # TGMRS10A. I have included a link to the installation details for you to view.
