Can 4 Bikes be Carried on the Roof of a Toyota Highlander Using SportRack Nomad Bike Rack

If the 4 bikes are all the same size, it would be difficult to get all 4 on the roof of your Toyota Highlander. The handle bars would cause you to space the racks apart so much that getting 4 bikes on the roof would be unlikely.

If the bikes are different sizes and you can place them close together then you could possibly get 4 on the roof. Make sure that the crossbar spread is between 24 and 34 inches on center and that the crossbars are no wider than 3-1/2 inches.

The best way to carry 4 bikes is to use a trailer hitch unless you will be towing a trailer with it. If you need a trailer hitch or want some recommendations for this method, I would need to know the year of your Highlander.
