Question:
How can i tell if my hubs which are now 7 inch hydraulic, would be compatible for use with electric brake, Thanks

Typically hubs and drums for hydraulic brakes are not machined properly to work with electric brakes. A few things that you will want to look at are the armature surface of the drum and make sure it has a smooth consistent surface for the magnet from the electric brakes to contact.
You will also want to make sure that the drum will fit on the brake assembly. I have attached two photos for you to check out. One photo shows what the armature surface is and the other photo shows the difference between the armature surface on a hub and drum for hydraulic brakes versus a hub and drum for electric brakes.
If you determine that you will need to replace your hub and drums, then you will need the inner and outer bearing part numbers and seal part number that can be found stamped into the metal of the bearings and seals. These part numbers will ensure the hub will fit on the spindle.
If you want to send me the bearing and seal part numbers, then I can recommend the correct hub and drum for you.
