Question:
I haul the maximum load limit several times a year with my van full of pottery. How do I remove the v shaped rubber wedge on frame- to install your part in its place? there seems to be no nut holding that in the solid tube frame. Is this a pry it deal? And will adding this void my warrenty service which is good for 5 years-I have had these 3500 vans for many years and my loads always push the springs to the limits.

According to my contact at Timbren, there is a bolt that holds the bump stop in place from above. Once the bolt is removed, the bump stop you described can be slid out of its slot and removed.
As long as the weight bearing capacity of the van is not exceeded, using the Timbren springs will not effect your warranty coverage. Keep in mind that the Timbren springs will NOT increase the capacity of the suspension, but they will prevent the suspension from bottoming out.
