Question:
I have a 2007 Toyota Camry solara convertible and need to buy a bike rack for 2 bikes. Im pretty sure that this rack is the one I want, but am wondering if I really need to purchase the adapter for womens bikes. I will be carrying my daughters bike as well as my own womens bike. Cant you just use the angled bar on our bikes to mount them? Granted they will be slightly angled but it still works right? Trying to keep within my budget of under $200. Thank you.

The Thule Archway 2 Bike Carrier # TH9009XT that you referenced will work on your 2007 Toyota Solara. Depending on the angle of the top tube of your womens bikes you might not necessarily need a top tube adapter like the # TH982XT, but if you were to use one it would allow you to carry the bikes level which will allow the bikes to be loaded and unloaded easier as well as maximize the ground clearance you would have between the ground and your bike wheels.
If your daughters bike has a pretty small frame you may have a more difficult time fitting the bike on the rack and a tube adapter would make it much easier also.
Check out the review I attached for this product.
